History and Leadership
B.M. Jayeshankar and B.M. Karunesh founded Adarsh Developers in 1988. Nearly four decades on, the group is led by B.M. Jayeshankar as Founder, Chairman and Managing Director, with B.M. Two relate to Welkin Park (a lock-in extension, disposed; a forfeiture complaint, under process) and three to Adarsh Garden Estate (delivery delay and compensation, disposed; an alleged deviation from the approved plan and a section 31 complaint, both posted for orders). For a group of Adarsh's size these are proportionate to its scale, but the Garden Estate items are directly relevant to a plot buyer in the same village and worth asking about.
